Adam Vanbergen presented the main findings of a soon to be published article (accepted Ecology Letters 2026) at the British Ecological Society's Annual meeting in Edinburgh (16/12/2025). He describes VOODOO research using plant-pollinator network data from 48 European urban and agricultural landscapes, which reveals the various ecological mechanisms underlying viral transmission from managed honey bees to wild pollinators.
